Placed an order for a late dinner pickup on a Thursday night. Their online ordering system automatically defaulted the order to the next day. That's fine, no problem. I show up to pick up my order and there is no food for me to pick up, which is not an issue. Again, the website defaulted by order to the next day. My issue came from me requesting to cancel my order for a refund and the person at the counter saying "it's your order. Not my order." and saying that they can't cancel it. Horrible service. The staff is rude and unhelpful and blames their own issues on customers rather than taking steps to fix or mitigate them
I've been to this restaurant so many times. It is one of my favorite sushi places. Their habachi is great as well. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
Don't recommend first time ordering from there accidently ordered something I am allergic to because online was a bit confusing. Called immediately and asked if I could bring it back and replace it with what I coudl eat they told me to be more careful next time and call. Now I have food I can't eat. Rude and inconsiderant.
