We lived at 550 Ortega Ave for a year. The place's nice. However, there are many alarming problems. First, there's some car break-ins in the underground gated garage. All tenants only got notified by HOA without much actions taken. There are more than 2 incidents of bicycle theft as bicycles of my boyfriend's and neighbors got stolen without a single email response or actions taken from HOA.
