the delivery app mentioned that order has been delievered but the food has not even depart from the store. staff marked as delivered yet the driver called me to tell he will deliver the order late. this is not the first time they’ve been doing this
Bad service by the worker (the same guy wearing spec). But, domino management. don’t seems to care about this kind of attitude shows among their staff. I went this branch thinking to order some pizzas for dinner, but kena halau by the spec staff. Very unfriendly and sour face. Asking to wait for one hour (suka hati nak ke tak nak). Ya. Apa kisahkan domino management. As long as their online order still gempak and full of orders. Walk in customer is nothing for them.
Extremely disappointed with my order today. Both pizzas came with completely irregular and uneven cuts, nothing like what you'd expect from a professional pizza place. What's worse, my Aloha Chicken pizza had a very obvious gap in the middle where the two halves clearly don't align. It looks exactly like someone cut a slice out and then tried to push the remaining pieces back together. This is not subtle at all , it's blatantly obvious to anyone with eyes.
