The pizza was not delivered but notification said already delivered
Arrived at 10:15pm as the restaurant states closing at 11pm, but was told it was already closed. I could see they had already started closing/cleaning, which should be reflected in your actual operating hours or last order time. The male staff on duty was also quite rude and dismissive, as if my presence was a problem. Misleading hours and poor service!!
This is the second time it happened, ordered domino pizza (Taman perling) from grab and paid it online, but didn't receive the foods!? The order number is GF-867, twice okay, it happened twice, and it's been 4 days and I still didn't receive my refund, please be more alert about the delivery, it's such a hassle for the customer, hope to get my money back too paid very much for it,
