Gf - 360 on Saturday Ordered frm Grab and item deemed as delivered when I myself am downstairs waiting as item is showned as out for delivery. But no food received after item is shown delivered on grab app , called outlet and no one picked up. Phone rang for 3 mins and still no one pickup. I even waited another 30 mins downstairs and still no food at all. Ridiculous, money debited , food showed delivered on app but in reality nothing is received .
I ordered from online. I order different and I received different from what I ordered! Now I have to eat what I did not order? System shows delivered but it arrived after 1 hour plus. Very disappointing. I paid for food I did not order. Mushroom soup watery. Please improve and do something about this.
Sangat kecewa dengan servis kali ini. Saya telah menunggu lebih daripada satu jam untuk pesanan saya, tetapi status dalam aplikasi menunjukkan pesanan sudah “completed” walaupun pizza masih belum sampai. Saya juga telah cuba menghubungi pihak kedai beberapa kali untuk bertanya tentang status pesanan, tetapi tiada siapa yang menjawab panggilan.
