I placed an order through FoodPanda, and after an hour and a half, the food still hadn't arrived. After I submitted a report on their website, the staff called to tell me I had to pick up the order myself. What is the point of paying delivery charges? They should have called me much earlier if they were having delivery problems. Overall, a very bad experience.
The staff kept the cust waiting for long time w/o saying a word.
Dominos HQ, you need to improve your system , your customer service and the way you manage your orders. My order took 1.5hrs and I PICKED IT UP even though it was supposed to be delivered because I was starving and it was already way past dinnertime. I saw the team on ground was overwhelmed and stressed with piling orders. If the establishment is at overcapacity with orders, why still allow orders to come in?
