Really disappointed. Ordered around 7:06pm and only got it around 9:23pm — more than 2 hours wait. By then the pizza was already cold. Kinda defeats the purpose of ordering. No updates or heads-up about the delay either. Hope they improve this.
So bad, pizza arrived too late..more than 1 hour, dah sejuk dan keras.. if pizza dah siap dan takde rider nak hantar..informla customer..bukan sidai lama2..makin teruk..
Horrible service attitude from the manager. Placed order more than 2 hours without any updates. Called the restaurant multiple times but manager hangs up on us. Arriving in the store, the supposed manager (name is Roy) is very rude, very negative attitude, never apologise and said he had cancelled the order without notifying us. They remade our order, and our food looks like it has been messed with. Advice: just take a detour, go to other outlet, not worth wasting ur time here.
