Pre-ordered delivery via the official domino’s app and got a scare when the app notified me that my order was completed even though I haven’t received my food. Immediately tried calling their hotline, selected the ss2 branch but when the line finally got transferred, the other party hung up on me without even uttering a single word. Very disappointed with the customer service. However, kudos to the delivery man who gave his apologies for being late.
Review as someone who haven't eat dominos for a few years. Order: 3 large and 2 medium pizza combo and fabulous 4 Price: RM 190+ 5 people eating Dominos food has been getting worse and worse. 1. Super cheese is mostly sauce instead of cheese 2. Fabulous 4 cheese sticks barely have cheese on top instead of having cheese sticks inside the bread. 3.
