What's the point of having a phone but not picking up phone calls? Twice I rang, call ended. I just want to check the status of my order - order was done through Domino's website.
Doesn’t accept call, while the delivery doesn’t come for 1 hour and i can’t contact anyone which no contact number
Tolong percepatkan servisss lambat sgt. Sejam tunggu utk pickup lama sgt dan kalau tak cukup staff pls hire ramai lagi. Kesian org lain tunggu lama nak makan waktu berbuka. Bad service and kalau tak cukup tangan untuk buat boleh je tutup order. Not recommended utk dtg outlet domino sri manja lagi.
Extremely disappointing experience. I placed a delivery order at 7:00pm, and the tracker wasn’t updated for over an hour. I tried calling the branch four times, but my calls were declined each time. I decided to go to the store myself and arrived at 8:00pm, only to be told that my order hadn’t even been started. At 8:20pm, I was informed it would take another 20 minutes to bake the pizza.
