Service cashier tak friendly langsung
Had the worst experience. I ordered online grab and I was informed that it will be delivered in 30 but took an hour and I even contacted support and then confirmed thar they were still preparing and I waited. Just after closing the ticket they said the order was being delivered and I waited for order but no one came and I called but they kept me online for 4 minutes without any explanation, they just asked for my number.
