I placed a pickup order to save time, but when I arrived, the staff said they missed it. I was forced to wait for 40 minutes. Shockingly, my food was already prepared, but the staff just left it there and ignored it. They only handed it over after I went up to ask. Throughout the wait, the staff were extremely rude, unprofessional, and arrogant. This completely defeats the purpose of a pickup service.
