very bad experience. ordered via apps at 8.30pm, till 10pm no delivery yet. try to call free toll number to follow up, but not pickup. i go to the restrnt to pickup myself, but to my surprise, they just simply said sorry no delivery yet because no driver. at least they can inform customer on the delay. the food is already not fresh. no compensation offered. very bad service.
Extremely disappointing experience at Domino’s Pizza Malaysia – Seri Kembangan outlet. So-called “fast food”, yet my order was placed at 7:26 PM and only received at 8:05 PM. Waiting nearly 40 minutes for fast food is completely unacceptable. What made it worse was seeing staff chatting instead of focusing on preparing orders. Jangan la amik staff warga asing. No manners. Saya tak turun sebab tiada parking. So mak turun. Mak agak berusia. Staff suruh mak order online. Mak kurang pandai, minta staff ajar. Staff tak layan, bila mak tanya, suruh buat dekat apps. Bila say dapat parkong lepas 10 minit, saya tanya mak, belum order. Bila saya pergi tanya staff yang sama, terus boleh order di kaunter secara manual. Tolong ye, layan customer elok elok.
