I placed an order with your store today at 7.04PM via the phone app. I noticed that the order status shifted to "ready in store" quite fast. However, after 1.5 hours later right now at 8.28PM, the order status has not updated, the food has not been dispatched. I have made several attempts (starting from 7.50pm until now) to follow up on my order, to give the store a chance to provide me with updates, or for me to be able to cancel. No chili flakes was given which happens sometimes but the attitude of how the staffs handle is pretty bad, they just act like it’s normal for not having it and say it’s there tomorrow. A sincere apology would have made a difference.
Received a call to double check order, then found out the issue of delivery area. Big thanks to the manager at Domino’s Riana Green! Super helpful—they still processed and delivered my order even though I ordered from the wrong branch because of a system error. Great problem-solving and response when issues popped up. Excellent service🥰
