recently tried Domino’s Pizza’s newest recipe, the Pizza Puff, at their Riana Green outlet. I ordered two flavours — the Pizza Puff Loaded Chicken and the Pizza Puff Loaded Cheese — as I was excited to try this new menu item. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Extremely disappointed with the service from this Domino’s branch. I placed an order for delivery at 6.20 pm. The only reason we decided to order despite having had unpleasant experiences with this outlet in the past was because I was unwell and unable to cook, and my husband wanted to have pizza. After waiting for more than an hour, the pizza still had not arrived. Worst domino's branch ever. Ordered delivery at 9pm, food didn't show up for 2 hours. We ended up picking our food up in person at 1130pm. Got told you don't have enough riders, why are you even open when you are obviously understaffed? To serve nothing burgers to your hungry customers? Close the store and hire more staff. Ate our meal in store, pizza was as cold and hard as a frozen corpse.
