Took 2 hours to get my pizza; Ordered at 1pm, 3pm still no signs of the delivery rider. Called HQ thrice, all saying “We’re contacting the store manager to call you regarding your order”, but lo and behold: no response at all from the store nor the HQ afterwards. Even more disappointing when there’s no compensation from Dominos, when their whole brand is about delivering in less than 30 minutes, when this time around it takes quadruple of the promised time. Never ordering from here again
