Experience was good
Extremely poor quality and a complete waste of money. The pizza looked like it was made by an untrained child, the crust was thick, uneven, and burnt, and there were barely any toppings. The food had absolutely no flavor. If this branch doesn't hire a proper chef and fix their standards soon, they won't be in business much longer.
Aku order pakai app domino pukul 8:50pm. Masa aku type review ni dah 10:56pm. Call outlet berkali-kali tapi tak angkat call. Kau better refund duit aku. Memang outlet domino paling teruk aku pernah jumpa. Kalau aku tak dapat refund. Aku tak halalkan duit aku dekat orang yang uruskan outlet domino puchong utama. Review ni bukti makanan aku tak dihantar dan bukti pembayaran dah dibuat. Memang outlet domino paling teruk!!!. Esok 19/8/26 aku datang outlet untuk minta refund, kau better pulang duit aku!!

Disappointed & unpleasant experience. Ordered through Grab Food. Didn't delivered at promised time. So I cancelled. . An hour after I cancelled they said they delivered & even deducted my money. BUT NO PIZZA ARRIVED. Tried calling Domino's multiple times but no one picked up. So I had to go all the way to Puchong Utama to get an explanation. .....they said already delivered, but I said I didn't accept any pizza. They checked again & gave my my order over the counter.
