A regular here as its the closest store to my house. Ordered through delivery app, waited for almost an hour whilst been calling the store over 7 times but no one picked up the call even though i just want to confirm my order if they got through. Eventually, i went to the store myself and ask why my order have yet to be delivered. guess what?? My order did not get through and i hv to sit there and wait some more for them to make my order😒 furious 😡 open your phone line lahh dont solely rely on online apps je menyusahkan!!!... read more
Not able to be contacted, always delay delivery.
I really love Dominos Pizza, which is why I’m still giving 5 stars overall. The food is consistently good, and the atmosphere is the same as other outlets. However, the service at this branch could definitely be improved. I’ve been to other outlets where the management seems stricter, and the service there is much better. Here, my orders often come out late. I continue to order from this branch because it’s the closest to my house, but I do hope they take steps to improve their service quality.
