I placed an order at 17:44, and the delivery time kept getting delayed continuously until 20:00. After waiting for more than two hours with no proper update, I had no choice but to cancel the order. If your company is not able to handle delivery orders through the platform, you should consider disabling it instead of leaving customers waiting with no certainty. The service is very suck! I placed online order at 6.08pm and it still yet to arrive after 2 hours! I tried to call and they cancelled my call few times and the last call, they picked up. After I kept asking, they told me my pizza still in the oven. Not even apologize for the delay. And still keep asking me to wait! I will never go back to this domino anymore!
Please think twice before order because of them my whole family is waiting including kids whats so hard to update whether you guys cancelled order or what its been more 1 and half hour its still showing in the oven call the store not picking it up
Visited on 16 April at 9:40pm. The cashier told the order closer, which felt quite abrupt. Service could definitely be improved.
Very pour service .. order pizza by online you have to wait for 2 hour to arrive to ur door step .. think b4 you guys order
