We ordered Chocolate lava cake. It was so thin and I was cooked with no chocolate lava in it. See the pictures. Burnt and over cooked. That’s what we got for paying RM 80. All 5 pieces. The same. Domino’s should refund for for such a scam. Look at the difference of what’s advertised and what was sent by Domino’s Sunway Kayangan specifically. 5 pictures of what was sent to me. And the last 6th picture is what’s advertised

Ordered delivery, 1 regular pizza, 1 boxku and 1 bottle pepsi. Rider forgot to deliver pepsi. Went to store to claim the pepsi, male staff compensate by giving extra 2 bottles lipton. Been ordering for years dominos, really great job everytime, just maybe this once but no problem, staff was well mannered, overall recommended, kudos to male staff

Ordered online, waiting for 1 hour 10 minutes for the food to be delivered. Not even raining. And no coupoun or voucher whatsoever for being that late?? Mind you ive been calling the store for 3 times and they dont even pick up the phone. To my further dissapointment, 2 out of my orders were wrong. They replaced my crunchy chicken with chicken popcorn and my fries with onion ring without even bother to check with the customer first. What a bad bad order. And whats up with regular pizza being way to small now?? Just a tad big... read more

Call tak dapat decline, orang tunggu 2 jam tak update masih dok process order. Pastu dh cancel hantar pulak makanan. Tadi pagi guard call suh amik makanan tak dituntut. What? Sape nak makan makanan sejuk dan keras dahla makanan hantar tak cukup. Bad service👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
