I am very disappointed with the food I ordered through your website. The pizzas arrived cold, the breads and dough were hard, and the toppings tasted burnt. On top of that, the toppings were barely there. I ordered two regular pizzas (Classified Chicken and Tuna Temptation), and both were inconsistent in size, one even looked like a personal pizza rather than a regular. It is concerning that such poor-quality food was sent to a customer. Were there no staff checking the food before it was dispatched?

I ordered at 7.55 pm from this branch, at 8.45 pm my order is still in the oven and I had to go there and they said they couldnt find a driver. My food was cold and soggy. No notification/msg at all to inform me. Poor team. Poor manager. Bad service
Service teruk. Seriously NOT recommended. Ordered through the Domino’s app (which is already laggy, confusing, and doesn’t even update properly), then had to wait almost 2 HOURS for delivery. Ended up, the food wasn’t even delivered to my house, they sent it to the WRONG BLOCK and just left it there like it’s nobody’s problem. And guess what? The rider didn’t even bother to call. Just dumped the food ON TOP of someone’s open shoe rack. Shoes everywhere, food sitting there like trash. What kind of disgusting, careless service... read more
