I ordered domino delivery.....2 pizza and a cake, I will attach the cake how I received. Can't even eat it..this is how I received. Very poor packaging
Driver call and said that will arrive in 20mins. Page showed order completed but my order not yet receive. Order placed at 7.01pm, food arrived at 8.45pm. Try to call the hotline to the nearest outlet but the line auto cut off ?! Driver not received the call as well. And theres are no any customer service button at the page itself. I dare not place an order at this branch until they make some improvement.
Very disappointing experience. My order was marked as charged, but it took a long time to arrive, so I had to contact Grab Support. About 10 minutes later, the driver finally showed up. The driver called the kiosk before confirming the order, and although the staff did confirm it, everything seemed quite disorganized because they were handling a large number of orders. Its horrible. Our orders are always late. There's no way to complain but through here. Not just once.
