After arriving to pick up our order, we were told it had to be remade cause they gave it to the wrong customer. So we had another 20 minute wait and no apologies and no offer of a discount or anything. And the pizza isn't that good anymore.
I bought only cheesy bread yesterday and that's all I ate and the next morning I had nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and severe stomach pain i probably won't order here again. The food was delicious but felt horrible after I ate it
Easy ordering with the app. Good coupons and special offers. In my opinion one of the best tasting pizzas in Massillon. New things happening. I like the new look. Always great customer service.
I haven't had a problem for a year! BUT THE FOOD IS GREAT THE SERVICE THO! It's not so good this lady keeps telling me please hold I did they hang up I call again they don't even pick up I call a different Domino's they pick up but they can't deliver to my house I call again and they keep saying please hold and never coming back! Honestly bad service I've been calling so many times ,and right now I'm in a call with the woman who got my order and said"give me a minute" ITS BEEN 10 !!
