Every time, we wait 20 min for a cheese pizza and crazy bread. In the drive thru.... It's unacceptable. We saw 9 employees working with 1 car in front of us. Why is it always crazy slow?
Amazingly the pizza arrived, though the phone number didn't work, the order took multiple tries to go through correctly and all attempts to contact them through anything but the website failed. Please answer the phone next time? Will not order from again if the experience next time is even remotely similar
Go to Pizza Hut. That’s all I can say.
On April 27 2026 at 1:55 pm i called Domino's Pizza vernal Utah location I ordered over the phone and they charged my debit card twice and I have not got a refund they said they refunded me on their end but I didn't get nothing on my end and I called them and called them and no one would help me be poorest customer service I have ever experienced ever yes the manager said that he refunded me on his end well I have not gotten anything on my end there is just not enough honest people any more
Dominoes is always on point.
