I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Domino’s Pizza at 866 Foothill Blvd, San Luis Obispo, CA 93405. Before ordering, I used Domino’s own AI chatbot to check the price for what was advertised as their largest 16-inch pizza. The chatbot clearly stated that the pizza was $12.99 and included 7 toppings. I specifically asked if the 7 toppings were free, and the AI confirmed that they were and even asked if I wanted to place the order. My go to place in college. Lovely employees and service, no matter how busy
This SLO Foothill location is seriously hit or miss. For 5 and a half years they were killing it with their attention detail and customer service. This last six months has been hell for this pizza lover. Oily sides, undercooked pizzas, and this time was just awful. They cooked the barbecue wings without sauce then poured about 2 to 2 and a quarter cups on it to compensate. The first piece was pink at the bone and nasty.
