App said pizza was delivered and the guy showed up 1.5 hrs late with a cold pizza and told me not his problem and to call the store when I told him I had been on the phone on hold for an hour with the store he said he did not care. What an asshole delivery driver. The kids don't answer the phone at the shop. I have to stop payment and eat a cold pizza. You should just throw your money in the trash. My kids are very upset. So much for southern hospitality.

My minor son placed an online order it was 19.99 they took almost 37$ of his card when I went to show receipts I was told with attitude he had extra toppings no he did not she was not expecting me to have pictures of the pizza ! The skinny girl with braces and the big guy in the back were just laughing and he was making remarks under his breath and I asked her name and for the manager she refused both saying she dident have to tell me anything I told her I will call corporate in the a.m. I asked for my sons over charge ba... read more

Food was great but we ordered online and it says food will be ready in 18 minutes. I called to say we were waiting, they said no order for us. they said I should receive a code on my email. I never got anything from my email confirming the order. I ended up calling and ordering pizza over phone. the person waiting for order was upset, because it took almost an hour to get the order. I don't understand what happened to online order. very frustrating.

They put the wrong sauce on the pizza. I would not have bothered to write a review about it had it not been for the rude young night manager. She all but called me a liar!!! Reading the reviews she has called others liars as well! She needs to learn how to deal with the public! She won the battle, but lost the war and lost a regular customer. I will order my weekly pizza from Fox Pizza in the future. Shame on the owner for hiring this rude immature person! She is hurting the company not helping it.

If I can give them no stars I would .. they are so unprofessional.. the app is saying my food was delivered and it’s been 30 mins and nothing .. I tried to call and they just gave me a nasty attitude .... never ordering from there again

Ordered Delivery and did not receive all of order and driver had to return with the rest and by the time he came back my Pizza was cold. Requested a credit on my Credit Card and they would not do it....said they had to attach to my phone # which meant I would have to order again to get the credit. Very Poor Business Practice.

Honestly I'm incredibly disappointed in the level of service I received. I placed an order through the dominos website at 7:22PM this evening. I received the notification that my order was coming out of the oven at 8:05PM. Around 8:45PM I decided to check the status of the order & call the location. The phone was answered by an AM named Jayla. POOOR experience................Ordered pizza 1hr and 15 min. ago and no pizza and no answer to phone listed after calling 4 times and letting ring more than 10 mins 3 of the four times.
