Waited 30 mins for order (one pizza and one order of bread bites) said the wait will be another 45 mins cause they didnt even start the order apparently
A perfectly normal dominos HOWEVER- if you are staying at any of the cabins near Choctaw casino they will let you place an order for delivery then call you and let you know they don’t actually deliver there and to drive to a meet up spot about 5mi away. NBD except the traffic can get bad so your pizza will get cold driving back 10-20min. Just so everyone else is aware.
This particular store was pretty bad tonight. I got there on time and my pizza was still in the oven so I sat down to wait for it. 10 or 15 minutes later I went and asked them and apparently it was done 10 or 15 minutes ago but they didn’t see the need to tell me that they just kept doing their thing. That just shows an incredible lack of Customer Service professionalism of incompetency in my opinion.
I’m not sure how they got low stars but 5 stars straight from me. I got it delivered and it was on time and hot. I’m over 10 miles away too and still fresh. It was also made well and tasted great.
