Order placed online, given a time to pick it up, showed up after the said time, was told it was not ready and to wait 7 more minutes. Waited 10 minutes, went back to window. Worker opened window and said ‘what!’ Stated I was picking up order, she then proceeded to tell me it would be 7 more minutes that they were behind. At this point it had been 45 minutes since order placed. They need better management and better customer service.

I had just arrived to Broken Bow, OK for Spring Break 2026. My family member and I needed a quick bite. I ordered a pepperoni pizza. 🍕 It was hot, fresh and delicious. The staff were attentive and courteous. Domino's gets a thumbs up. 👍🏾

Pizza was breaking apart, and I am used to being able to get plates at a pizza place. I also ordered a pizza half and half two different types, and one “half” was two pieces of the pizza.

Ordered from them today usually my mother cannot eat pizza cuz it's too hard because you have to wait for it to be delivered and they don't want to bring it they've got new workers and New Management I believe so got it very fresh within 20 minutes very soft cook properly pizza and chicken will definitely order again nothing like it used to be my mother had no problem eating it
