I made an order that was delivered to Jamestown and I am in Lakeland. The are not trying to refund my money. They are in a rush to do business but there's no customer service involved. I'm out v$33.00

Ordered online. Only got a pepperoni pizza. App said it was ready. Nope. 10 more minutes. Then of course, they screwed up the pizza! No pepperoni at all! The lady in front of me didnt get her sauce. This place is horrid. Now fighting me on my refund. They are trying to force me to drive back there. I grabbed it while I was in town. Im now 40 miles away! How dumb can you get!
When you wait on your food for 2 hoursss for them to cancel because the Delivery guy couldn’t do his job, never have I had an issue until tonight
