these people are evil, i ordered a pizza for delivery and the courier said it had been delivered. i go outside to check and its not there. i called the store and was immediately hung up on 3 times. i called from a different phone and they picked it up. i told the guy on the phone what happened and he said a driver came, tried to contact me, and went to the front desk to ask how to find me but was unsuccessful. only problems are i didn’t receive any calls and there is no front desk in my building. i don’t know if these people... read more

ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE SERVICE AND PIZZA!!! I recently moved from the Middlebrook to this location, and I'll be going pickup my pizza from the Middlebrook location going fwd. And ofcourse this location could careless. NEVER AGAIN!

Placed order 11pm was out the door for delivery at 11:36pm and the driver Behram took a hour and a half to reach my neighborhood around 12:36am per the tracker... Once he reached my area he parked across the street at the post office and marked my order delivered a hour and half later... I tried calling the store in the moment but they had left already...Called the store first thing and the Manager "Andre' was very rude and dismissive never looking up my order and told me to call back at 5pm... $27 wasted because of a carele... read more

Unacceptable service. I clearly spelled my name for the staff, yet they still entered a completely different name on my receipt. This wasn't a simple misspelling; it felt like a deliberate choice to ignore my instructions. If the staff can’t follow a simple request like getting a customer’s name right, it makes me wonder what else they are overlooking. Management needs to train its team on the basics of respect and professional conduct.
