My delivery was great except the salad was old. I wanted to give the driver a tip since I didn’t have cash. I called your 253 number and was told they couldn’t do anything on “their end”. WOW really!!!!! But you have no direct number to give me…..very sad

Absolutely disgusting having to use napkins to get the loads of greese off the pizza, on top of that it’s supposed to be extra pepperoni and garlic crust and this definitely doesn’t have extra pepperoni nor garlic seasoning on the crust and extremely soggy and limp this is absolutely disgusting

I pre-ordered my pizzas through the app, and it showed my order as completed and ready for pickup. When I arrived, the staff told me they didn’t even have my order. They then tried to give me pizzas that weren’t mine, so they had to remake my entire order from scratch, leaving me waiting an additional 30 minutes. To make matters worse, there was no offer of a discount or even a partial refund for the inconvenience. The customer service throughout the situation was disappointing and showed very little concern for the mistake.... read more
