They are so damn slow. I didn't have any problem with timing until a few months ago. Now they are constantly running late. I will order and it says 45 minutes, after 45 minutes the time has updated to another 60 minutes!! Why am I waiting almost 2 hours for pizza every time I order now? And if it IS going to take 2 hours, why doesn't it tell me that when I'm ordering?
I love the time of year when they have their 7 topping medium or large pizza and tried their stuffed crust for the first time for $9.99. The toppings were great but probably won't get stuffed crust again as it's just too heavy and you lose some of your area for the toppings. Also on busy days you want to realize they probably won't be close to their ETA on their app or website as I had to wait an extra 5 minutes after the initial 20-minute notification.
Dont trust the app, says 0-1 minute tell ready for pickup. Not even put in the oven yet, told when its busy it doesn't match the app. Very discouraging
This is our go-to pizza for big parties or a quick and cheap dinner for our family of six. The pizza is ok, not amazing but definitely not bad, but they are very affordable with easy ordering and fast and friendly service.
