I’ve been ordering from this location for a while usually by phone and while the pizza is decent, the customer service is consistently unacceptable. Every time I call, I’m spoken to with a cold, unfriendly attitude that shows no professionalism or respect. It feels like basic courtesy is too much to ask. Very disappointing experience. I ordered a veg pizza but found a piece of meat in it. As a vegetarian, this was absolutely unacceptable. When I complained at the store, the employee Vikram said this is “totally normal” and that customers often complain. Extremely poor quality control and customer service.
