This Domino's pizza location is fantastic!
I feel the pizzas are made with fresh flavorful ingredients. Staff are friendly and helpful. Only "somewhat minor" issue is parking when ordering as pick-up.
Had a terrible experience, the manager was un willing to help and tried to steal our money and pizza. Called in a delivery order and accidentally typed NW instead of NE. the difference in drive time went from 6 minutes, to 10 minutes, since my place is 1 block from centre street, it is not in the far northeast. we were told they could not refund or deliver the food to us and took our money. it’s outrageous you can’t deliver within a 7 kilometre radius. I was very pleased with the service from this Domino's. Overall the pizza was very good, good amount and balance of sauce and toppings. I ordered a 3-topping medium pizza alongside the cheesy bread. The cheesy bread was a bit on the greasy side, and I wish it were cut a bit through better, but it overall didn't ruin the experience. The sitting area seemed nice and clean and it was an good place to eat. Staff is also really nice.
Happily accepted our order, took our payment, and charged a delivery fee — only to later refuse delivery because of the distance. They had claimed it would be an hour drive, but the distance was only 7.5 km (about a 10-minute drive at the time), which makes the situation even more frustrating. They recommended that we order an Uber to pick up our food after already charging us for delivery.
