I had a very disappointing experience with Domino’s Pizza and Uber Eats. I placed an order worth $23,3rd street north vancouver but received a completely different pizza. The item I got didn’t match the photo or the name of what I ordered. I called the store and even brought the pizza back in person, but they told me it’s Uber’s problem and that I should contact them myself for a refund. This is not acceptable. amazing pizza restaurant. banger after banger
The first few times I ordered from this location (at least 4x), my order was always wrong but I would still tip cash (paying card). Yesterday I ordered and prepaid then put in $0 tip as I planned to tip the driver on delivery. More money goes to them this way. On the app I could see the driver sit and park for 10mins on my street before delivering my order. Super disappointing!
