It was a busy night but my pizza was delicious, hot and fresh! Amazing service and amazing staff.
The staff working at 4:00 p.m. on October 25 was really disappointing. The first time I called, I waited for 15 minutes before hanging up. When I called back, the employee kept hanging up on me — I tried five times in total, and none of the calls went through properly. Is it because I was using a free coupon that they didn’t want to serve me? Such poor service is really rare in Canada.
I tried the classic pizza and the New York style. I prefer the classic. Their prices are rather high, so I only order from them when they have a good deal available.
ordered 2 large 3 topping pizzas on a saturday night and they were prepared pretty quick. might need more staff on a weekend night though, the 1 employee seemed to be running in circles with other online orders and took (just) a few minutes to tend to the register
