I ordered a pizza, and it took at least 11 minutes to arrive. When I checked the tracker, it first said 4 minutes, then changed to 6 minutes. The estimated time kept changing several more times before we finally received our order.
They were proactive with going above and beyond to correct an error on my order without me even having to ask.
