Une des pires expériences de service client que j’ai vécues dans un restaurant. J’ai passé une commande sur l’application Domino’s, que je suis allé récupérer sur place. Après une longue attente, on nous remet une pizza avec du basilic moulu alors que nous n’avions jamais demandé de basilic. Elle était destinée à un enfant qui, en voyant l’aspect peu appétissant, a refusé de la manger. Nous avons donc gentiment demandé un remplacement.
