This was, without a doubt, the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at Domino’s. To begin with, placing my order over the phone was incredibly frustrating. I had to repeat myself nearly 10 times, including explaining multiple times that I had ordered the meal deal with two medium pizzas, which included cheesy garlic breadsticks, and that I was also paying for an additional side of plain garlic breadsticks (without cheese), which are clearly listed on the Domino’s website. If I could give a - I would. We were regular customers ordering every week, no longer. Ordered pizza yesterday and one arrived with no cheese. Called to see if they would accommodate us with a replacement to no avail. No customer service whatsoever. I also agree with another customer hardly any toppings. We will never return as a customer nor recommend.
Nicest staff and I find their pies tasty and consistent.
