Ordered a veggie pizza for my son, as he's vegetarian and this was his sub meal cause I was making a meat dish. His first and only slice, he showed me his pie slice and it clearly had a piece of ground beef on it. I called it in, asked for a refund and was told they could either send a new one (no thx) or gimme a credit (also no thx). Not sure, in what world, this does not deserve a refund, but 200%, will not be ordering from them again.
Ordered my food and the driver never came. Called the store to find out the issue the “manager” said he nocked on my door. I have a dog that would bark and I’ve waited up reading in silence for 50 min and there was no nock.
Everytime I order anything here from this location and the current employees working there the toppings are minimal at best. For example ordered double pepperoni, less than 3 pieces on each slice. Called to complain, the actual employee argued with me. No new pizza, bring the pizza back or credit for next time. Franchise expectations are out the window in this case. Pizza Hut is a much better option if you looking for quick pizza.
I order from the Domino’s on Millstream all the time, and Trina is hands-down the QUEEN of making the most delicious, cheesy pizzas. She’s always cheerful, friendly, and serves with a smile every time. 5 stars. I’d give 6 if I could.
