Absolutely shocking experience at Domino’s. We ordered a vegetarian pizza and were served a pizza with meat on it instead. This is not a small mistake — people order vegetarian food for important dietary, religious, and personal reasons, and the staff clearly showed no care at all. When we called to complain, there was no apology, no accountability, and no proper customer service. Extremely disappointed with the service at Domino’s Pizza. We ordered a vegetarian pizza, but they gave us a pepperoni pizza instead. This was a serious mistake, especially for customers who specifically avoid meat. Instead of apologizing and taking responsibility, they asked us to come back, return the wrong pizza, and pick up the correct order ourselves. Very unprofessional and inconvenient.
