Just ordered tonight at 10:22pm. Immediately accepted and Vikram "started firing it up" total lie. Because why does it take until 11:35pm for my order to show up. I call to ask why its taken over an hour. And they said "no drivers at the time" like what do you mean? You dont close until 12am. And also why accept an order if you dont have enough man power to complete said order. At least communicate that issue and I wouldve made something else for dinner instead of waiting and waiting.

The staff needs more training on handling guests with a smile. The management should look at maintenance issues too. Kid wanted to use the toilet but I remember its non functional since summers last year. For oregano they said you need to tell the person taking orders in advance. Food is good, that's why I always visit them
