The staff needs basic education. As I was leaving the store carrying my pizza, I saw one of the delivery drivers approach. I decided to hold the door, like any normal person would, and he didn't even say thank you. Not only that, but when I said you're welcome, he gave me a really nasty look. Furthermore, the cashier keeps you waiting after you've paid until you speak to him. Terrible service and bad manners.
