Ordered online tonight and it said it would take about 30 minutes to make and be delivered. I only live about a 4 minute drive from the store and it has been over 35 minutes since it LEFT THE STORE to be delivered to me and still hasnt arrived. Also can not call the store as no one answers the phone! Very disappointed in this service.
The pizzas are always great tasting. However, every single time I order, they mess it up, from wrong toppings, to little toppings to wrong order. This time all that plus the driver just through it at my front door and walked away. I'm not impressed, they need to read the order and get it right. I'm not the only one.....
Haven't been to this location in over a year because previous experience was not great. This time was even worse. Will not be going back. Poor service and when I asked for service was spoken to very rudely.
Ordered a pizza from here and the bottom had like stuck bits of a previous pizza? And we kinda scaped it off but everyone got HORRIBLE food poisoning. Called the store to tell them and they were rude as hell. How do you bake a pizza on a dirty tray with chunks of other pizza? Do they not wash their trays between orders? Luckily we dont have allergies cuz that could really mess someone up. This location has gave us food poisoning before but its been a while we decided to try them again. The new manager and this evening associates really made the best pizza and really kind and professional on call i finally got a good pizza THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS appreciate their effort they really helped solving my orders
