Never consistent, wait consistently disappointing. Was given a free pizza to make up for the terrible order and when I tried to redeem through the link texted to me I couldn’t. Called them and they said they couldn’t help me and I had order through the link they provided, but had no record of providing!?!? In other words they were not going to honour the free pizza.
Over a hour late and stone cold. When I called after getting it I was put on hold for 10 minutes. Disappointing.
Jas’s pizzas are always amazing and delicious. There’s no doubt about her skills in the kitchen. She always greets you with a happy smile.
