Called Domino’s because Uber Eats wasn’t allowing a certain selection, so I just wanted them to make a note on the order. The person I spoke to (I think his name was Rizwan) was surprisingly rude and unprofessional throughout the call. His tone stayed the same and he didn't make the effort to understand what I was trying to convey. While I explained that this was an Uber Eats issue, he kept insisting I should cancel the order and “be more careful.” Totally unnecessary attitude for a simple request.
