The worst customer service I’ve experienced in Vancouver. They gave me the wrong pizza and refused to acknowledge the mistake. My mom is a senior who can hardly walk, and when I asked if she could use the washroom, they refused. The pizza itself is good, but the customer service is extremely disappointing.
I ordered a Philly steak pizza but it was lacking half of the ingredients.

Update: THEY DID CALL, THEY DID REFUND, AND SAID IT DOES SOMETIMES HAPPEN IF THEY MAKE IT TOO THICK. Fair enough. I didn’t instantly re buy. But. I definitely will try them again in a few weeks. They do have very tasty lunch… I love the jalapeno bacon one best. I found the 3 slivers of beef for the Philly steak to be absolutely shocking. It was not even a leveled tbsp of meat.
