Asked for promotion pizza,ended up with slivers of chicken (tiny tiny few pieces of red peppers,onions …) Expected much more from well known franchise

I’m a bit of an idiot. I had to update my credit card on the app and also saw a friend’s address needed to be updated in my profile. Long story short, I ordered to the wrong address. Not only that, but my friend’s address was wrong too. Oy! They still delivered to me despite being way out of their delivery zone. The food was still hot. I live all the way in Kits! The store and John my delivery guy went way over and above. Now that is customer service. Thank you to the store and driver. I really appreciate it!

I live super close by (450m according to the app) so probably shouldn’t bother with delivery but was feeling lazy, kids were hungry and the app said it would be quick (20 mins). The pizza was made super quickly as usual, but unfortunately, the driver clearly took 4-5 deliveries with him as I tracked him pass near my house twice and he took nearly 30 mins to drop off my pizza (for the $5 delivery charge and $4 tip) - for nearly an hour total. Pizza was delivered nice and hot by a professional and personable driver. Special requests for the pizza were 100% correct. Cutting it into squares is a great option. Points program is very good. 10 points for every $20 purchased. 60’points = new pizza - with selections across most of pizza menu. Delivery was 10 minutes early and piping hot.
