I cancelled my order and was promised a refund to my gift card. I was told to wait 24 hours, then 48, then 7 business days. After all the follow-up, they refused the refund and only gave me store credit tied to one location. No apology, no proactive follow-up. Filed a BBB complaint — still unresolved. Avoid this branch.

I ordered on the App and found a fabulous offer for a large 4 topping pizza. Ordering was easy and as tempting as the pop up offers were, I was able to resist, this time. I appreciated that the app showed the street address of the Domino's location that I was able to copy and paste into my maps app. There was lots of parking when I arrived and my pizza was ready, and still piping hot. Absolutely horrible customer service. Ordered here back on February 1st and after waiting an hour with hungry movers and family waiting in my empty living room for food from a place that's 5 minutes away from my house to find my cold food was missing a pizza and one was made wrong. I had called about 40 minutes in to ask why my driver was still sitting at the restaurant with a notification saying he had my food but was told there was nothing they could do.
