Awful
A couple of weeks ago, I ordered a pizza and it was wrong. I called and asked for a refund, but was told they couldn’t refund through the app or website and instead offered a credit for my next order. When I called later to use that credit, they said there was no credit on my file and claimed they don’t keep credits and only refund through the website, exactly the opposite of what I was told before.
