App works perfect. Rewards program is competitive. Food quality is A1. At the University Ave location (Ch’town), cleanliness appears to be the highest priority and the staff are always friendly.
Delivery showed up late and cold, called the store and was basically told "oops, sorry! Have a nice night." Didn't pay $30 for a cold pizza, won't be ordering again.
I loved that it arrived sooner than expected. Very tasty. Thank you.
