Their App was down, but when I called the store they were happy to help. It seamed their systems were experiencing all sorts of technical difficulties but we persisted by calling back and finishing the order over a few different phone calls. Each time they took accountability for the inconvenience but continued to provide wonderful service as best they could, even having any information I could give written down so we could pick up where we left off when the call dropped.
