Ordered on the app, the driver was far away on the tracker and the time kept going up. Until suddenly it updated to «delivered», and of course, there was no pizza at my door. I called the restaurant to ask what was going on. The manager told me that the driver would be here soon, and to call back in ten minutes if not; the pizza would be reimbursed.
