We have had awesome service everytime we order from them usually twice a month.
How disappointing! We order pizza ALL the time. We order through the app and always pick up our pizza. We walk in, grab our pizza and off we go. However, tonight in the middle of being handed our pizza the cashier says "oh wait a second"...grabs the receipt and says rather loudly... "OH NO TIP"... okay. You can go.... Excuse me!? If someone wants to tip on an order they placed themselves, picked up themselves then so be it but to call us out for opting out is so incredibly rude and unprofessional. Really enjoy the Gluten Free pizza and the care that is taken at the Elm st location in St. Thomas.
The best pizza I have had in ages!! Going forward will be getting a pizza once a week from you. They put lots of toppings on. Not cheap with them like a lot of places
Always great service here - quick and reliable. Food is always hot and fresh and delicious.
