Ordered online estimated time said 28 minutes. Hour later received my cold pizza.
Went for a pickup order, "boxed and ready to go" on the app as of 9:05... get there at 9:10, and the pie is not even made yet. Leave 9:25, when I had prior time sensitive arrangements. Why even order online? Amazing.
The Store went above and beyond with assisting me when I made an error!!
"I had a very disappointing experience with this location last night. I placed an order at 9:20 PM, but it didn't arrive until 10:45 PM. An hour and twenty-five-minute wait is unacceptable, especially for a family meal. Because of the excessive delay, my children were already asleep by the time the food arrived. I am very frustrated by this lack of reliability and would appreciate the management reaching out to address this poor service."
