Domino's Pizza

Very disappointing experience. We were told over the phone that the family could come in for a birthday pizza after the situation was explained. They came all the way from the hospital, only to be turned away when they arrived. If something cannot be offered, that is completely understandable—but staff should not confirm it over the phone and then change the answer once the family gets there. Very poor communication and an upsetting experience for a family already going through a difficult time.

This is my son's favourite pizza so we were happy to find one close to our apartment. It was good and had nice sauce which so many others don't.

I placed an order by phone and was not told that $50 or $100 bills were not accepted. When I arrived, the manager asked to see my driver’s licence during the payment issue. I showed it, but I was concerned when he took a photo of it without clearly explaining why the photo was needed or how it would be used. The situation was handled in an argumentative and unprofessional way. I understand payment policies, but this should have been communicated when I placed the order.
